Brief Introduction to RuxueWorld Civilization Forum

 

“如学世界文明高峰论坛”，简称“如学论坛”，由北京如学传媒倡议发起，以“世界大同，文化共荣”为愿景，以在线研讨、交流、分享等形式，为世界不同民族或区域文化提供一个平等、开放、超越的国际化在线对话平台。“如学论坛”真诚邀请全世界中外学者加入到这场文化多样性的保护运动中来，为促进世界文明的继承、发展与融合做出贡献。

Ruxue World Civilization Forum (hereinafter referred to as the "Ruxue Forum") wasinitiated by Beijing Ruxue Media, with the vision of “CreatingAWorld ofMacro-union andCo-prosperity.” The forum offers an open, equal, non-governmental online platform for global diversified cultures to showcase themselves and communicate with each other. We sincerely invite allscholars from the globe to join in thiscampaignof protectingworldwidecultural diversity and thusmakecontribution to the inheritance, development and integration of world civilization.

届时，耕耘于文学、艺术、教育、科学等多个领域的中西专家学者将从其独特的文化和学科视角出发，共同探讨全球社会文化现象以及文化热点问题。正如中国国家主席习近平一直提倡的“构建人类共同体”，本论坛潜心致力于为来自不同国家、不同民族、不同信仰、不同文化的中外学者提供展示本土、本民族文明的机会和舞台，积极促进全世界的文化多样性与跨区域互联互通。

By then, both Eastern and Western experts in the fields of literature, arts, education and science will give insight into the latest socio-cultural phenomena as well as the hottest issues happened around the world, from their distinctive cultural and disciplinary perspectives. Just as Chinese President Xi Jinping advocates everyone to “work together to build a community of shared future for mankind”, this forum is dedicated to providing opportunities for Chinese and international scholars from different countries, nationalities, beliefs and cultures to present views and understanding towards theirlocalornationalcivilization, and promote global cultural diversity and cross-regional interconnection.
